Spring has sprung and we are eager to help families begin their adoption journey! Our hearts are always motivated to open the door to allow families to move forward to find their child and as a result,we are offering a 15% reduction in our
agency management fee during the months of April and May.
Tree of Life Adoption Center is a Hague accredited non-profit adoption agency licensed to provide home studies for residents of Oregon and Washington states. We work with families across the United States and American’s living abroad to complete adoptions in the following countries: Bulgaria, Ethiopia, Haiti, Kazakhstan and Moldova.
We are dedicated to supporting families through the challenging process of international adoption to find and bring home their forever child.

The Council on Accreditation (COA), a national accrediting body approved by the United States Department of State to conduct Hague accreditation and approval reviews, invites the public to provide comment on intercountry adoption service providers seeking Hague accreditation or approval or renewal of Hague accreditation or approval.
