Tree of Life Adoption Center is a Hauge accredited and Oregon/Washington Licensed adoption agency, offering international adoption programs in Bulgaria, Ethiopia, Haiti and Kazakhstan. We are dedicated to forever homes for children in need and finding families that are able and willing to provide those homes.
